District Governors visit Followed by a Regular Meeting It was an honour for Rotary Club of Darjeeling Himalayas to host the official visit of District Governor Kameshwar Elangbam, in the gracious presence of Past District Governor Udaya Mani Pradhan and Assistant Governor Shoyeta.
